A Space for Families
The Family Room at the Oasis Center of the Rogue Valley is an opportunity for sanctuary. Here families can come together, share, learn, grow and strengthen familial bonds. It is also a space to provide children with loving care from staff and/or create respite for parents working on their own physical and mental health. The Family Room space has been arranged to provide developmentally appropriate experiences where children have the opportunity to explore and process, either with their caregiver or a member of our staff. Being able to observe children and families in an organic play space provides valuable information to providers about how to better tailor quality services to individual
family needs.
